May 9, 2023 – My conversation with Stephanie Theisen. Stephanie is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Leighton Broadcasting in St. Cloud, Minnesota. She started with Leighton as an intern in 2004 and has risen through the ranks as an Account Executive, Digital Sales Manager and General Sales Manager before her current role.
She is a 2014 graduate of the Rising Through The Ranks Class and a Mildred Carter Mentorship Program Mentee and Mentor. She was also a finalist for the Radio Wayne DOS/General Sales Manager of the Year in 2020.
