Episode 30 – Randi Kirshbaum

Episode 30 (1/28/25) My conversation with Randi Kirshbaum. Randi is a true radio vet. She started her career at the age of 16 as the first female jock in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. In 1970, she became part of KQRS, one of the country’s earliest FM Progressive Rock stations. She’s worked at legendary stations like WHFS in Washington DC and WBCN in Boston. And she spent 38 years with Saga’s stations in Portland, Maine. She’s currently the morning host on WXRV, The River, in Boston and midday host on WNSC, The Point, in Burlington, Vermont.
