February 27, 2023 – My guest for this episode is Alec Drake. Alec served in sales management and consulting roles for forty years. He consulted stations on yield management. He worked as Director of Sales for Cumulus Media Dallas for 15 years before starting Drake Media Group where he started writing on revenue management strategies, sales development ideas and coaching insights for management.
